Return & Refund Policy
If a paid Runway Mind plan isn't the right fit, contact support within 14 days and we'll review the request fairly.

1.14-day fair-review window
If a paid Runway Mind plan is not the right fit, contact support within 14 days of your purchase or your most recent renewal and we will review the request fairly. We do not require a reason, but a short note helps us make Runway Mind better for the next person.
Email support@runwaymind.co from the address on your account. Replies usually arrive within one business day.
2.How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
Once a refund is issued, the paid plan ends and your workspace returns to the Free tier. Your data stays intact so you can continue planning manually or upgrade again later.
3.What's out of scope
The 14-day window applies once per billing period. We don't refund partial months outside that window, and we don't refund usage of third-party services connected through your workspace.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — email support if you'd like one reviewed.
