By creating an account or using Runway Mind (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Runway Mind is a planning tool that helps people with irregular income understand runway, safe spending, tax buffers, and scenarios based on assumptions they enter themselves. The Service does not connect to bank accounts or execute transactions on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate financial inputs if you want accurate calculations.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or financial inputs.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Runway Mind does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All numbers shown by the Service are calculations based on assumptions you enter. Real-world outcomes will differ.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Because Runway Mind is manual-first, the quality of any output depends entirely on the quality of your inputs. We do not verify your inputs against external accounts.

Runway Mind is in early access. Paid billing is not yet active. Pricing pages are informational only and do not constitute a current offer to sell.

Billing terms — including payment processor, supported currencies, taxes, refunds, and renewal behavior — must be finalized before paid launch and will be added here at that time.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Runway Mind and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the financial inputs and content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process them to operate the Service.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will match any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway Mind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Service. Specific monetary caps and exclusions will be finalized with legal counsel before production launch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of North Carolina, United States of America (with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, to the extent permitted by applicable law), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
